Jake Ludlow
The Founder and Director of Ludlow Properties, Jacob Ludlow, can truly be said to have property in his blood. The son of local developer Nick Ludlow, Jake began his apprenticeship early and went on to establish his own carpentry business in his early twenties.
Building on this foundation, he founded Ludlow Construction, growing it into a successful, client-focused business serving Salisbury and the surrounding area. In 2020, with a vision to create homes of distinction, Jake expanded his expertise and launched Ludlow Properties, bringing the same dedication to quality, design, and craftsmanship to every development.
